These terms cover your use of this website. They are short because the site is simple: it is a portfolio and information site for Anahata Interactive. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to buy here.

By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the site.

What this site is

This site shows the games we have made, the games we are working on, the services we offer to other studios, and occasional writing about our work. It is informational. Where you can actually play or download a game, we link you out to an app store or to a separate browser-games site — those are not part of this website.

Using the site

You may read, link to, and share anything on this site. Please do not:

• attempt to gain access to the admin area, our database, or any account;
• use automated tools to scrape, mirror or overload the site, or to submit the forms in bulk;
• submit anything unlawful, abusive, or deliberately misleading through the contact or enquiry forms;
• reproduce our artwork, trailers, logos, or written content as if it were your own, or in a way that suggests we endorse you.

We rate-limit form submissions to keep the site usable for everybody. If you hit that limit legitimately, wait a moment and try again, or email us directly.

Our content

Unless stated otherwise, everything on this site — game names, artwork, screenshots, trailers, written copy, and the design of the site itself — belongs to Anahata Interactive or is used with permission. You may quote and link to it with attribution. You may not republish it wholesale or use it commercially without asking us first.

Third-party names and logos (app stores, social networks, engines) belong to their respective owners and appear here for identification only.

Unannounced projects

Some pages describe projects we have not announced yet, with details deliberately withheld. Nothing on those pages is a commitment to release anything, and everything on them — including target windows — may change or be cancelled without notice.

Links to other sites

We link to app stores, our browser-games catalogue, YouTube, and social platforms. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their availability, or their terms and privacy practices. Their terms apply once you leave this site.

Accuracy and availability

We try to keep the site accurate and online, but we do not promise it will always be either. Release dates, prices, platforms, and feature lists can change. We may add, alter, or remove anything on the site at any time without notice, and we may take the site down for maintenance.

Liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it, or from your inability to use it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is covered in our Privacy Policy, and the cookies we set are listed in our Cookie Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date it changed shown at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
